Does AI have its own budget, protected time and an owner?
Basis: AI Monitor 2026, 165 valid responses from Europe, published by Teklens with ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Values are self-assessments normalised to 0–100. Clusters (Leaders, Followers, Laggards) and per-question values come from the academic deep dive into the DACH region (N = 64, K-means, HSG master thesis).
