Incident clustering & pattern report
How it works
When on-call gets rough, the same question comes up: is the team fighting the same fires over and over? The incidents of the past weeks are grouped by symptom, affected component and root cause – the pattern report shows which patterns eat the most on-call time, so they enter the backlog as reliability work instead of being solved again and again. The difference to Bug statistics in Discover: that one is about reported bugs before the release; this one is about patterns from running operations.
- Groups the incidents of the past weeks by symptom, component and root cause
- Shows which patterns recur and where they converge in the code
- Turns them into plannable reliability work for the backlog – as a pattern report
